• A first generation Gold or Red will most likely lighten up especially if dad is a silver AND TAN YORKIE
• Our parti first generations generally keep their color. but not everyone's will
• Black shorkies generally stay black
• 80% of the time chocolate shorkies will lighten up to some degree.
• When looking at shorkies look at the undercoat, some times you can tell what color they will be.
