I the person on this form has signed up for a shorkie payment plan from Shorkie World. I realize any and all monies I send in will only be used for the payment of a shorkie puppy from them. If I change my mind or buy a shorkie else where I will not receive any type of refund. I realize I will have 24 months form the date of this contract to pay for a shorkie puppy, I can send in as many payments as there is no set amount. Once I have paid 90% of the adoption fee and shipping I will get to pick out my new shorkie puppy. I will work with Cindy to make sure the puppy I pick is a good match then I will pay my balance and my shorkie puppy will be sent home when he/she is ready.
